About the Role We are seeking a booking clerk to join our team within the outpatient clinic, Meade Clinical Centre. Key Responsibilities Maintain accurate patient information Schedule outpatient clinic appointments Supporting services to meet Ministry of Health targets Liaising with staff and patients About the Team/Service MCC Outpatient Clinics is a busy, fast paced environment providing support to many different specialities. About You Skills and experience you’ll need to be considered for the role: Excellent communication skills with a positive and friendly attitude. Strong customer service focus. Proven and demonstrated experience in an administration role and computer skills. Have excellent time management and organisational skills. Strong administration and computer skills; previous administration and hospital system experience would be an advantage but are not essential as training will be provided.
