HR Business Partner

Location: Candidate to be based around Leeds, Sheffield or Warrington. Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 DOE Job Type: Full Time Hours: Monday-Friday Travel: Travel is required to multiple sites across the North of England. Job Summary This role provides expert guidance on people matters, drives consistent HR practices, and supports the delivery of business objectives across all environments. The HR Business Partner ensures that talent, culture, compliance, and workforce capability are aligned. Role & Responsibilities Implement the Group People strategy Provide guidance on performance improvement plans. Handle conflict resolution, performance concerns, misconduct investigations, and disciplinary actions in a fair and consistent manner. Collaborate with Managers and Regional Directors to understand department goals and develop HR strategies that support them. Ensure compliance with employment laws, company policies, and industry regulations. To provide at least 2 site visits per month to each responsible site in order to support Managers and Colleagues. Provide guidance to managers on disciplinary cases, grievances, performance concerns, and absence issues. Partner closely with HR Administrators to ensure accurate colleague records, smooth onboarding, and timely processing of HR transactions. Support the rollout of new HR systems, tools, and processes. To conduct any other reasonable duties as requested.
