Purpose of the Role We are currently seeking customer‑focused individuals with a positive attitude and strong work ethic to join our team as casual team members. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for interacting with customers and working across various departments. Responsibilities Interact with customers to answer product queries and provide service. Work across various departments to support store operations. Assist customers with product queries and service. Qualifications Experience in a customer‑facing role (retail or hospitality) is beneficial but not required. Good communication skills, positive attitude, and willingness to learn. Comfortable standing for extended periods, climbing ladders, and undertaking heavy lifting.
