Sourcing Procurement Manager

Key Responsibilities Leading end-to-end procurement activities across a variety of infrastructure and facilities-oriented procurements. Overseeing RFx processes and leading supplier evaluations Managing complex, high-value negotiations and vendor onboarding Providing commercial insights that utilise data analysis, market research and supplier performance monitoring Managing senior stakeholder relationships, working collaboratively with internal stakeholders and directing cross-functional teams Contributing to cost-saving initiatives and continuous improvement initiatives What We're Looking For We are keen to hear from candidates who have: Pre-existing NZ Work Rights Intermediate-level procurement experience in a corporate or Government environment (an understanding of NZ Government Procurement rules preferred but not essential) Demonstrable experience engaging with and managing senior stakeholder relationships An appetite for learning Strong attention to detail and good organisation skills Pre-eminent written and verbal communication skills What’s On Offer The fastest way to grow in procurement is volume and complexity.
