Job Description

About The Role An experienced Business Development Executive will drive growth and ensure customer success across a designated territory, acting as Halter’s on‑ground representative. The role involves executing sales strategies, building customer relationships, and meeting ambitious growth targets, while collaborating closely with cross‑functional teams to provide field insights and support Halter’s mission. Key Responsibilities Conduct on‑farm sales meetings to understand client needs and communicate Halter’s solutions. Generate and nurture a pipeline of quality farms, managing leads through screening, qualification, and closing. Build and leverage industry relationships to strengthen Halter’s brand presence. Collaborate with the Regional Sales Manager on monthly and quarterly revenue forecasting. Contribute to sales process optimisation, working with the team to increase efficiency and predictability. Perform additional duties as required. Qualifications & Criteria A deep passion for helping farmers succeed and experience in farm systems or agriculture. Proven hunter mentality: driven to exceed sales goals and manage the full end‑to‑end sales cycle. Strong attitude, team‑player mindset, and the ability to consistently overcome challenges. Capacity to thrive in a fast‑paced, highly autonomous environment. Goal‑oriented with a hunger for personal growth and rapid evolution alongside a world‑class sales team.
