About the Role As a Quality Assurance Engineer , you’ll be at the heart of our Agile Delivery Squad, ensuring our web and mobile apps exceed expectations. You won’t just test—you’ll innovate, automate, and elevate our quality standards. As part of the FSNI QA Practice, you’ll shape best practices and push the boundaries of what’s possible in testing. What You’ll Do Own the quality – collaborate with your squad to embed excellence at every stage of development. Think beyond testing – design and execute high‑impact test plans that tackle complex business and technical challenges. Automate like a pro – build and enhance cutting‑edge test automation frameworks, driving an automation‑first mindset. Be a quality evangelist – work with your Lead(s) towards improvements, influence best practices, and drive innovation across FSNI’s QA Practice. Deliver seamless experiences – identify and resolve defects, optimise test environments, and proactively ensure flawless product releases. Test data identification – identify test data requirements across environments and work with your QA Lead to raise any test data dependency. About You You’re a passionate QA professional who thrives in collaborative, Agile environments. You have a keen eye for detail, love solving complex challenges, and are always looking for ways to improve processes and automation. Your ability to communicate technical concepts effectively allows you to engage with stakeholders across the business, advocating for quality at every stage. What You’ll Bring Technical expertise – proven experience in UI and API testing, Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban), and test automation frameworks like Playwright, Appium, Cucumber/BDD, or Postman. Coding & CI/CD knowledge – comfortable with Java, JavaScript/TypeScript, and familiar with CI/CD tools such as Bamboo, GitHub, and Bitbucket. Problem‑solving mindset – strong understanding of defect management, software failures, and troubleshooting across squads and business units. Collaboration & communication – ability to work closely with cross‑functional teams, explain complex integrations, and advocate for quality‑focused solutions. Previous experience of working in e‑commerce is preferred.
