Position Registered Residential Valuer – Hamilton, NZ. Full‑time role in Advisory Segment. Location: Hamilton – Waikato – New Zealand. The Opportunity Undertake residential valuations across Hamilton and its surrounding Waikato areas, with flexibility around preferred working locations. Engage in a diverse mix of work, including Valuation Ordering System (VOS) instructions, private client engagements, and specialized residential sectors such as public works compensation and developments. Leverage industry‑leading software to streamline reporting and enhance efficiency. Collaborate with a high‑performing team of experts both locally and nationwide. You are experienced and certified to value residential property within New Zealand or Australia; Hamilton knowledge not strictly required, but willingness to learn the local market is key. True team player with strong research and data management skills. Self‑motivated and capable of excellent time management. Customer service oriented with outstanding communication skills.
