What You’ll Do Design and define refund methodologies, documenting assumptions, decisions and limitations to ensure transparency and consistency. Build and deliver robust refund calculators that enable remediation to be executed accurately and at scale. Partner with Pricing, Data and Remediation teams to determine data requirements and ensure integrity of inputs used in calculations. Analyse complex scenarios, applying sound judgement to ensure calculations reflect the nuances of each remediation issue. Contribute to improving methodologies and analytics to strengthen consistency, quality and efficiency across remediation activity. Support audit and review processes, including peer review, ensuring outputs are accurate, defensible and fit for purpose. What You’ll Bring Strong hands‑on experience in pricing, actuarial or quantitative analytics within financial services, with depth in at least one of these areas. Deep understanding of insurance pricing concepts and how they translate into real customer outcomes. Advanced analytical and problem‑solving capability, with the ability to work through complex scenarios and deliver precise, reliable outputs. Proficiency in data tools or programming such as SQL, SAS, Python, Power BI or Tableau. Ability to clearly communicate complex methodologies and calculations to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders. Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams while maintaining accuracy in a fast‑moving environment.
