Based in Hāwera, Nevada designs, manufactures and delivers innovative solutions that support the agricultural sector. As Nevada continues to evolve and identify new opportunities for continuous improvement, we are seeking a capable and commercially minded Project Lead to drive business initiatives. The Role Reporting to senior leadership, this newly created position will provide dedicated ownership of key strategic initiatives that support Nevada's future growth, operational excellence and product innovation. Working across multiple functions of the business, you will lead projects from concept through to implementation, bringing structure, accountability and sustainable value. Core responsibilities Lead strategic business improvement projects from concept through to implementation Research, develop and deliver initiatives that improve business performance Manage project timelines, milestones and stakeholder expectations Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, contractors and key business partners Source and procure materials, equipment and services required for project delivery Develop practical procedures and tools that support consistency and scalability Prepare and maintain project documentation, reporting and business records Work closely with production, manufacturing and operational teams to ensure successful implementation About You Success in this role will come from your ability to balance strategic thinking with strong attention to detail. You will be commercially minded, proactive and solutions-focused, with the ability to quickly understand technical and operational environments. To be successful in this role, you will ideally bring A hands‑on approach, with previous experience leading or coordinating projects Experience within a mechanical, manufacturing or industrial environment An understanding of technical equipment, machinery or production processes Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Experience working with business systems and Microsoft Office applications Commercial awareness and sound decision‑making ability Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required Why Join Nevada Group?
