Kahunui, our second campus in the Bay of Plenty, is a cornerstone of a St Cuthbert's education. Every Year 10 girl spends a full month there, living and learning with genuine independence - an experience parents and students consistently describe as transformational. Combined with outstanding academic outcomes, a breadth of co-curricular life, and a values-led community that walks alongside each girl from age five to eighteen, these elements create an education that shapes not just what a girl achieves, but who she becomes. We are now seeking an exceptional principal to lead the college at an exciting moment in its history. Reporting to the trust board, the principal is responsible for the overall leadership and performance of the college. The role encompasses educational leadership, strategy, and operational oversight across all aspects of school life, including academic outcomes, curriculum design, pastoral care, staffing, campus development, and stakeholder engagement. This is a role for a leader who is energised by girls' education, who can inspire both our students and exceptional staff, and who brings both the vision to shape what comes next and the wisdom to honour what makes St Cuthbert's so deeply loved. Our 2025-2030 strategy sets an ambitious course, and our new principal will be central to bringing it to life. If you are ready to lead one of New Zealand's great schools at a pivotal moment in its story, we warmly invite you to apply.
