Process Mapping Officer

Our work is organised around the delivery of three core services: Environmental Regulation and Protection Community Preparedness and Response to Hazards Public Transport About the Role This role sits at the heart of improving how we work. As a Process Mapping Officer, you will map current and future processes to ensure they are clear, consistent and aligned, supporting delivery of the Strategic Transition Programme and wider organisational initiatives. Working across teams, you’ll help design better ways of working, support leaders with process improvements, and ensure process knowledge is captured and maintained to enable efficient, customer‑focused outcomes. Responsibilities Map current processes using Nintex Process Manager Support process design aligned to organisational change initiatives Work with leaders and SMEs to document ways of working Maintain process documentation and ensure consistency Contribute to efficiency initiatives Qualifications We’re looking for a detail‑oriented and systems‑focused professional who: Has experience mapping business processes in a complex environment Has strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills Can see connections and end‑to‑end processes Is comfortable working in a fast‑changing environment Is proactive, organised, and solutions‑focused Experience & Skills At least 3 years’ experience with process mapping tools and methodologies Experience using Nintex Process Manager (or similar BPM tools) Knowledge of project management and business process practices Experience working in large, complex or regulated environments (desirable) Relevant qualification in systems design or similar discipline #J-18808-Ljbffr
