As we continue to expand our project delivery capability across Australia and New Zealand, we are seeking an experienced Project Scheduler to join our Christchurch team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a critical role in the successful planning and delivery of large-scale renewable energy projects by developing, maintaining and monitoring integrated project schedules across the full project lifecycle. Reporting to the Planning & Risk Manager, the Project Scheduler will support the planning, scheduling and monitoring of utility-scale Solar PV and Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) projects across Australia and New Zealand. Working closely with Project Managers, Engineering, Procurement, Construction and Commercial teams, you will develop and maintain detailed project schedules, monitor project performance and provide accurate reporting to support informed decision-making. Key Responsibilities Develop, maintain and update integrated project schedules aligned with project execution strategies, work breakdown structures (WBS), procurement activities and construction programmes. Prepare look-ahead schedules, monitor project progress and maintain accurate as-built programmes, ensuring schedule information reflects current project status. Produce regular progress reports, milestone tracking and schedule analysis, highlighting variances, critical path impacts and opportunities to improve project outcomes. Collaborate with Project Managers, Engineering, Procurement, Construction and Commercial teams across Australia and New Zealand to validate schedule inputs and ensure alignment across all project disciplines. About You You will be a highly organised and analytical planning professional with experience supporting the delivery of complex construction, infrastructure or renewable energy projects. You enjoy working across multidisciplinary teams and are passionate about delivering accurate, reliable project schedules that support successful project outcomes. You Will Ideally Have A Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or a related discipline. 3-5 years' experience in project scheduling within construction, infrastructure, utilities, renewable energy or EPC environments. Experience developing, maintaining and reporting on integrated project schedules, including progress tracking, milestone reporting and critical path analysis. Strong communication, stakeholder management and analytical skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple priorities across geographically dispersed project teams. Familiarity with Australian and/or New Zealand construction projects or renewable energy projects will be highly regarded. Why Join INTEC?
