Project Management Team Leader - Roading and Structures Are you a people-focused leader with a passion for delivering successful projects? We're looking for a Project Management Team Leader to lead, support, and develop a team of Project Managers responsible for delivering a diverse portfolio of capital projects for our community. In this role you will Leading, mentoring, and developing a team of Project Managers. Ensuring projects are delivered in accordance with Council project management frameworks, lifecycle methodologies, and governance requirements. Monitoring project performance, budgets, risks, and reporting to support successful project outcomes. Support the planning and delivery of capital works programmes, ensuring projects meet scope, quality, time, and cost objectives. Building strong relationships with internal stakeholders, contractors, consultants, and external partners. What we’re looking for Proven leadership experience managing and developing project teams. Strong project management knowledge and experience delivering capital projects. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. A collaborative approach with the ability to drive accountability and continuous improvement. Why join us?
