About the Role | Mō te Tŭranga Based at our client’s corporate premises in Christchurch, we are seeking a Customer Service champion for our Service Delivery team. This is a permanent part‑time role (8 hours per week) supporting front and back of house functions, including mailroom, reception, and administration. Hours are fixed part‑time and can be split across two days or worked as one full day. Possibility of more hours depending on client’s needs in the future. Location & Hours Fonterra Christchurch Location Permanent Part‑Time role – 8 hours per week Hours can be split over 2 days or 1 full day Main Duties Assist with day‑to‑day service centre operations Mailroom and reprographics tasks Vehicle and carpark management Answering emails, Teams messages, phone calls Providing outstanding customer service to internal and external clients Some heavy lifting when required Ensuring compliance with Canon and client Health & Safety standards Highly reliable, adaptable, and proactive Proven experience in customer service or hospitality Very high standard of personal presentation Positive attitude and strong team player Excellent communication skills, written and verbal Strong multitasking and organisational skills Knowledge of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Physically fit to lift heavy items when required Must have a Driver’s License We believe in the power of an inclusive & diverse workforce.
