Finance Business Partner

The Role As a Finance Business Partner, you will act as a critical link between finance and key functional areas, supporting leaders with meaningful financial insights and analysis. You will play a key role in enabling decision‑making by translating complex data into clear, actionable recommendations. This is a highly visible role where you will collaborate closely with senior stakeholders, contribute to budgeting and forecasting cycles, and provide commercial guidance to support business performance and strategic initiatives. Role Requirements CAANZ (or equivalent) qualification Minimum 3+ years post‑qualified experience in a commercial finance or business partnering role Big‑4 foundation will be advantageous. Proven experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis Strong stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to influence and challenge Advanced analytical and modelling capability with strong attention to detail Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate financial insights to non‑finance audiences Experience working within a complex or matrixed environment is advantageous Proficiency in financial systems and tools such as Excel, Power BI or similar What’s in it for You?
