Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement Solution Architect to join our growing Microsoft Practice. This is a senior customer‑facing role that combines pre‑sales, solution shaping, and architecture leadership with hands on experience delivering successful Dynamics 365 CE implementations. You will play a key role in helping customers define their digital transformation strategy, shape winning solutions, and support delivery teams in bringing those solutions to life. The ideal candidate will be equally comfortable presenting to executives, leading discovery workshops, developing solution designs, contributing to proposals, and guiding project teams through successful implementation. You will work closely with customers, sales teams, delivery consultants, and technical specialists to define and deliver innovative Microsoft Business Applications solutions. You will lead solution architecture activities across the full customer lifecycle, from opportunity qualification and pre‑sales through to implementation and adoption. Key Responsibilities Pre‑Sales & Solution Shaping Engage with prospective customers to understand business challenges, objectives, and transformation goals Lead discovery workshops, assessments, and solution envisioning sessions Shape solution strategies and target‑state business processes using Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform capabilities Develop high‑quality solution designs, architecture artefacts, estimates, and implementation approaches Support RFP, proposal, and tender responses Deliver customer presentations, demonstrations, and executive‑level solution discussions Collaborate with sales and account teams to build compelling value propositions and win new business opportunities Provide thought leadership on Microsoft Business Applications, customer engagement transformation, and industry best practices Solution Architecture & Delivery Lead solution architecture across Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement implementations Translate business requirements into scalable, maintainable solution designs Guide functional and technical teams through design, build, testing, deployment, and adoption activities Provide governance and architectural oversight throughout project delivery Ensure solutions align with Microsoft best practices, security standards, and customer objectives Support backlog prioritisation, solution decision‑making, and design governance Work closely with developers, consultants, and customer stakeholders to manage risks, dependencies, and delivery outcomes Mentor consultants and contribute to capability development across the practice Skills & Experience Extensive experience delivering Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement solutions Proven experience as a Solution Architect, Lead Consultant, Technical Architect, or Functional Architect within Dynamics 365 CE environments Strong experience across the full project lifecycle from discovery through to implementation and support Demonstrated experience in both: Pre‑sales and solution shaping End‑to‑end project delivery Strong understanding of Dynamics 365 CE modules including: Sales Customer Service Field Service Customer Insights / Marketing Experience designing enterprise-scale business solutions using Dynamics 365 and Power Platform Strong stakeholder engagement and workshop facilitation skills Ability to engage confidently with both business and technical audiences Experience developing estimates, statements of work, proposals, and solution documentation Strong understanding of Agile delivery methodologies and project governance Technical Knowledge Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement Dataverse Power Apps Power Automate Power Pages Customer Insights Copilot capabilities within the Microsoft ecosystem Integration architecture involving Azure services and third‑party applications Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar delivery tooling #J-18808-Ljbffr
