Job Description
The Role As Support Manager, you'll be right at the heart of the store's day-to-day operation. You'll lead from the front, support your team, and play a key part in ensuring the store hits its sales and customer satisfaction targets - all while upholding the high standards Bridgestone is known for. Your responsibilities will include: Supporting the Store Manager in leading and developing a friendly, high-performing team Driving sales performance and contributing to store profitability targets Delivering expert technical advice to customers on products and services Building strong, lasting relationships with customers and ensuring every experience is a good one Maintaining a safe, well-presented store environment in line with Bridgestone standards What We're Looking For You’ll bring solid automotive or tyre industry knowledge, genuine leadership ability, and a customer-first mindset.
