The Role This Key Account Manager role is responsible for planning and executing our retail strategy across a portfolio of Key Accounts, ensuring alignment to annual sales targets and driving growth in product placement, marketing and promotional programmes. Key Responsibilities Translate the strategic plan into executable actions that deliver to shared imperatives, developing demand generation strategies that drive sales. Maintain deep understanding of the Key Account and environmental influences to stay current on changes and retail best practices. Ensure highly effective cross‑functional collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to deliver on the needs of Key Accounts while managing relationships and creating enthusiasm for Fisher & Paykel and Haier’s vision and products. Gauge customer needs and provide proactive strategies and support to drive product sales, acting as a strong advocate for best practice and brand representation. Use internal tools to monitor daily sales performance metrics and reporting, maximising sell‑through opportunities with strong financial and analytical skills. Qualifications Proven sales professional with a track record of transforming and growing key retail accounts and delivering profitable growth. Experience developing and implementing customer relationship management strategies and building a deep customer understanding. Strong analytical ability to evaluate sales data and reports, draw logical conclusions and make sound business‑focused recommendations.
