A reputed FMCG Company , Corporate Office, Butwal A reputed and fast-growing FMCG company based in Lumbini Province is seeking a highly experienced and dynamic professional for the position of National Sales Manager (NSM) to lead nationwide sales operations and drive business growth. Job Location (HQ): Butwal, Nepal Coverage: All Nepal Position Summary The National Sales Manager will be responsible for leading the overall sales strategy, managing nationwide sales operations, and ensuring the achievement of revenue targets. The role demands strong leadership, strategic thinking, and hands‑on execution in a competitive FMCG market. Key Responsibilities Lead and oversee the entire Sales Department and dealer network across Nepal Ensure achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales & collection targets Drive and exceed KPIs and business performance indicators Motivate, guide, and develop the sales team for optimum performance and revenue generation Monitor balance confirmation and financial discipline across dealers and distributors Prepare and execute sales forecasts (monthly, quarterly, annual) Conduct market research and identify new customers, territories, and growth opportunities Ensure effective implementation of sales policies and structured distribution systems Train, mentor, and evaluate team members for continuous performance improvement Job Specifications Strong managerial and leadership capabilities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Analytical mindset with data‑driven decision‑making ability Hands‑on experience with sales automation tools (e.g., DNMS, Rosiya, or similar apps) Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Must possess a valid four‑wheeler driving license Education Minimum a bachelor’s degree in management is required; preference will be given to candidates holding a Master’s degree in Business Management, Marketing, or a related field.
