Industrial Commercial Electrician Looking for a role that offers more than just installation work? We're seeking an experienced Industrial / Commercial Electrician to join a professional team delivering electrical maintenance, fault finding, commissioning and upgrade work across high-profile commercial and industrial sites throughout Auckland. This is a varied role where no two days are the same. You'll be responsible for diagnosing faults, modifying existing electrical systems, carrying out testing and certification, and supporting customers with practical electrical solutions. Location: Manukau, Auckland Start date: Immediate Pay rate: $45.00–$50.00 per hour | Weekly pay What's On Offer? $45.00–$50.00 per hour with weekly pay Varied industrial and commercial electrical work Ongoing opportunity with a respected electrical services team About the Role You’ll work across a portfolio of commercial and industrial facilities, carrying out maintenance, fault finding, electrical upgrades and commissioning work. This is a customer-facing position where you’ll represent the business professionally while delivering high-quality electrical services to clients and tenants. What You’ll Be Doing Diagnose and resolve electrical faults across commercial and industrial sites Carry out electrical installations, upgrades and commissioning Extend and modify existing electrical circuits Complete testing, verification and Certificates of Compliance (COCs) Replace, test and troubleshoot CT metering systems Use multifunction testers to verify electrical installations Complete site reports and job documentation using tablets and mobile applications Build strong relationships with customers and site representatives Attend site inductions and participate in occasional after-hours work when required Maintain high standards of workmanship, safety and customer service What We’re Looking For Current NZ EWRB Practising Licence Proven industrial and/or commercial electrical experience Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills Experience with electrical installations and commissioning Experience testing and certifying electrical work Confident using multifunction testers Comfortable using tablets and mobile technology for reportingExcellent communication skills with a professional customer-focused approach Full NZ Driver Licence Engineering knowledge, including power factor correction and harmonics, is advantageous #J-18808-Ljbffr
