Overview Be the expert for customers, resolving complex glass enquiries Take ownership of the full journey – from initial enquiry through to final delivery Dynamic, permanent full‑time role in a hands‑on onsite environment Role Details You'll be the go‑to support for customers, handling enquiries, resolving product issues, and providing clear technical advice. Working closely with sales, quality, and operations teams, you’ll ensure a seamless experience and deliver timely, effective solutions. What You’ll Do Act as the first point of contact for customers, handling enquiries, resolving issues, and providing clear technical support. Manage customer orders end‑to‑end, ensuring accuracy, timely processing, and proactive communication on status and delivery. Provide product advice and troubleshooting support, helping customers select and use products effectively. Coordinate with sales, production, and logistics teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment and issue resolution. Take ownership of customer issues, investigating and driving solutions through to completion. Build strong customer relationships through responsive service, follow‑ups, and ongoing support. What You’ll Bring 2–3 years’ experience in customer service or technical support within a manufacturing/industrial environment. Strong technical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot glass product‑related issues. Proficiency in CRM, SAP, and order management systems, plus Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage customers at all levels. Strong problem‑solving and conflict‑resolution skills, with a focus on customer outcomes. High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple enquiries under pressure.
