Job Description We’re recruiting for Programme & Assistant Managers around Lower Hutt, Wellington. Programme Manager (Fixed Term role for maternity cover commencing in August) – minimum 15 hours per week Assistant Programme Manager – minimum 10 hours per week Multisite Assistant Programme Manager (Boulcott & Newlands) – minimum 6 hours per week Working Hours (Monday to Friday) Before School Care: 7:00am – 8:30am After School Care: 2:30pm – 6:00pm (availability from 2:30pm is essential) Additional hours may also be available during our Holiday Programmes (school holidays), for those looking for extra work. About The Role No two days are the same at sKids! You’ll be part of a team creating a safe, fun, and engaging space where children can thrive. The legal right to work in New Zealand Reliable transport to Boulcott & Newlands sites Availability from 2:30pm on weekdays (essential) A positive, energetic, and can‑do attitude Experience in childcare, education, coaching, camps, or similar Leadership or supervisory experience (for Programme Manager and Assistant Programme Manager roles) Confidence working with groups of children Applicants applying for Programme Manager and Assistant Programme Manager positions must be 20 years or older, in accordance with the Social Security (Childcare Assistance) Regulations 2004.
