About the role New Energy are looking for an organised and timesheet savvy HR Coordinator / Administrator to hit the ground running on this active project site. Job Description The Human Resources (HR) Coordinator / Administrator plays a fundamental role, providing a high-quality HR support service to the HR team and wider project team. Reporting to the People & Culture Manager for employment matters and the HR Lead for day-to-day direction, this role is responsible for providing coordination and administration of personnel information, timesheets, attendance reporting and preparation of HR documentation. What You’ll Do Maintain accurate, confidential employee records and HR documentation. Support project recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes. Provide minute taking for HR-led meetings as requested. Act as a secondary point of contact for employment-related matters, documenting and escalating issues to the HR Lead. Administrate project attendance tracking and coordinate accurate payroll processing. Liaise across the project to communicate HR information and support employee engagement. Desired Skills and Experience What We’re Looking For Relevant experience in a similar role Studying / recent graduate of an HR degree or certification (desirable) Excellent skills in using Microsoft Office e.g. Excel, MS Teams, Outlook Strong organization, accuracy, and multitasking skills Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities Team player with a proactive, “can do” attitude Current full driver license (required) Well-presented and punctual Missing a few attributes or level of experience that we’re looking for?
