Our goal is to improve health outcomes for all New Zealanders by delivering equitable, accessible and innovative care.**About the Role**The Change Analyst operates at a delivery level, supporting the tactical implementation of change across the organisation through the effective application of the Digital Services change management approach. The role contributes to the successful delivery and embedding of change associated with immunisation technology and data initiatives, with a strong focus on organisational readiness and adoption. The Change Analyst partners with Change Leads, business stakeholders, and Digital Services teams to understand change impacts and support the design and delivery of practical, user-centred interventions. This includes delivering impact assessments, stakeholder engagement activities, communications, and training activities..**About the Service**The National Public Health Service (NPHS) within Health New Zealand - Te Whatu Ora, work towards Pae Ora (healthy futures) for all by engaging with the wider determinants that impact people's health, focusing on oranga/wellbeing, prevention, protection, and population-level intervention. We are connected across boundaries to deliver public health services that are nationally planned, regionally delivered and locally tailored.**About you**You are a skilled change analyst professional with hands-on experience supporting the successful delivery of technology change initiatives. You bring a practical, detail-oriented approach and strong analytical skills, enabling you to assess change impacts and develop effective plans that support smooth transitions. Comfortable working in complex environments, you collaborate well with stakeholders and delivery teams to help mitigate risks and ensure adoption success.You will also have the following skills and experience to support your success in the role:* Minimum of 3-5 years' experience in technology change management or a related field.* Proven track record of successfully implementing technology changes within complex organisations.* Experience with change management methodologies and tools, such as ADKAR and Prosci, or similar models* Skilled in conducting impact assessments and developing comprehensive change plans.* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into clear, concise language to effectively inform stakeholders.**Working for Health New Zealand**Health New Zealand | Te Whatu Ora is dedicated to ensuring excellent healthcare for the people of New Zealand.
