Responsibilities Operate welding equipment, hand tools and machinery safely Perform MIG and TIG welding on a range of materials (steel, stainless steel, aluminum) to achieve code standards for weld testing Read and interpret engineering drawings and blueprints Ensure all welds meet quality and safety standards Collaborate with team members, other departments and projects Maintain a clean and organised work area Strict adherence to our critical safety rules and contributing to a safe working environment About You Safe operating focus with knowledge of welding safety procedures and standards Proven experience in MIG and TIG welding across all above materials Strong attention to detail and workmanship Ability to read and interpret technical drawings Reliable, punctual, and hardworking Relevant trade qualification (preferred but not essential) Great team player We’re building quality work with quality people — and we’re looking for someone who brings skill, reliability, and a bit of fire to the job.
