Lead Duty Manager -- Licensed Operations & Guest Experience

Ensure compliance with licensing regulations. Manage finances, maintain accurate records, and uphold high service quality. Supervise team members, keep them present and supported during shifts. Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve any issues promptly. Qualifications: Current Duty Manager's License. At least one year of experience in a similar role. Strong numerical skills and attention to detail. Excellent leadership and multitasking abilities. Energetic, motivated, and ready to contribute to a close‑knit crew. Front of House Team Member Responsibilities: Serve customers with friendliness and energy. Take orders, deliver food and drinks, clear tables. Assist with bar duties after basic training. Deliver memorable experiences and handle varying scenarios. Work efficiently under pressure and multitask effectively. Qualifications: Customer service experience preferred, not required. Strong people skills and ability to work under pressure. Positive attitude and enthusiasm for the role.
