Job Description
Roster option 1 Start day – End day, Start time – End time. For example, Saturday 3:30 PM – 12:00 AM and Monday 3:30 PM – 12:00 AM. What you’ll do Champion Customer Service & Engagement: be highly visible, engage customers with personalised assistance, and promptly resolve inquiries and complaints. Drive Product Availability & Quality: continuously replenish products, focusing on essentials and fresh food, and ensure high standards for stock quality, rotation, and presentation. Support Smooth Operations & Standards: collaborate effectively with the team (“Swarm”) for daily operations, maintaining store cleanliness and organisation. Prioritise Safety & Compliance: uphold safety protocols, report hazards, and ensure all tasks adhere to company policies and legal requirements. What you’ll bring Customer‑centric focus: provide outstanding customer service, consistently focused on maximising loyalty through personalised support. Strong interpersonal skills: possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective interactions. Integrity & professionalism: demonstrate a clear commitment to company values and integrity, consistently upholding professional standards and policies. Detail‑oriented & proactive: ensure accuracy in work and proactively escalate issues to management when necessary. Flexible availability to work between the hours of 4:30 pm and 6:30 am.
