As a Customer Verification Analyst, you'll work within a high-performing team responsible for maintaining customer tax residency records and supporting due diligence activities. In this role you will: Manage and validate customer tax records. Review customer information to ensure regulatory requirements are met. Investigate and resolve missing or incomplete documentation. Support ongoing remediation and quality assurance activities. Monitor customer records and identify changes that may impact offshore tax residency obligations. Work directly with customers and stakeholders to update information and resolve customer cases. Support internal teams by providing guidance and education on AEOI and FATCA requirements. Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy. Confidence working with processes, documentation and compliance requirements. Strong communication skills and the ability to build trusted relationships. A customer-focused mindset and a willingness to support others. Good Microsoft Office skills, particularly across Excel, Outlook and Word. You do not need to tick every box here to be considered!
