More than managing recruitment operations, you'll help define how we attract, engage and develop the talent that will enable our organisation to deliver on its purpose for New Zealand.You'll create and drive an enterprise-wide talent strategy that brings together workforce planning, talent pipelines, candidate experience and future capability needs into a cohesive and forward-looking programme of work. Working closely with leaders across the organisation, you'll provide thought leadership, challenge conventional approaches and identify new opportunities to build a sustainable talent advantage.Another key focus of the role is leading our **Early Careers programmes**, including scholarships, internships and graduate pathways.
