About the role Support a high-priority Programme within a well-known public sector organisation where you will provide procurement and contract management support for an 8-week assignment starting early April. Manage calendars and diaries for the project team Take minutes and notes during programme meetings Coordinate logistics and project planning Prepare and proof-read programme documentation Maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders Skills & Experience Experience in procurement or contract management High level of proficiency in document management Strong written and oral communication skills Ability to manage complex diaries and schedules Excellent organisational and logistics capabilities Benefits Competitive hourly rate of Up to $65 per hour depending on experience Short-term 8-week assignment starting early April Central CBD location close to the train station Gain experience in a major government transformation project About the Culture This organisation is dedicated to supporting families across New Zealand.
