Company Overview Alpha Personnel Recruitment Ltd, based in Newmarket, is a successful, long-established service provider to the investment, fund management and superannuation industries. Job Title Fund Services Administrator / Accountant (Full time, Monday to Friday) Responsibilities Ensure that all investment transactions are correctly and timely recorded. Ensure payments are accurately processed and within expected time periods. Perform reconciliations of bank accounts. Reconcile fund positions to external records (e.g., custodian and broker records). Correspondence with clients. Assist with the preparation of weekly/monthly reporting, monthly and year-end reporting. Cross-train in all fund services operations to support other team members. Qualifications Experience in the financial sector is a plus, but not essential. Good computer proficiency and ability to learn new systems and procedures. Advanced numeracy and analytical capability. General understanding of accounting/bookkeeping. Good verbal and written communication skills, required both internally and with external parties (clients, auditors, regulators, supervisors, etc.).
