Key Responsibilities Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to understand business needs, challenges, and opportunities Analyse data, processes, and systems to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities Translate business requirements into clear documentation, including business cases, process maps, and functional specifications Support investment planning by providing robust analysis and evidence‑based recommendations Facilitate workshops and discussions to align stakeholders and support informed decision making Work alongside technical teams to ensure solutions meet business needs and deliver value Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across operational and strategic programmes About You You’re a proactive and analytical thinker who enjoys working at the intersection of data, people, and strategy. You’re confident engaging with stakeholders at all levels and can communicate complex ideas clearly. Proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical role Strong stakeholder engagement and facilitation skills Ability to translate data into meaningful insights and recommendations Experience developing business cases and requirements documentation Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail Excellent written and verbal communication skills Desirable Experience in infrastructure, utilities, or public sector environments Familiarity with asset management, capital planning, or regulatory frameworks Knowledge of data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, SQL) Why Join Us?
