Overview Join Pax8 as a Partner Success Manager and play a pivotal role in building our Partner Success function across APAC . You’ll grow alongside new technology, shaping smarter, more predictive partner experiences from day one. What You’ll Be Doing Champion Partner Success — Act as a trusted advisor, anticipating partner needs and proactively driving satisfaction, retention, and advocacy. Drive Strategic Outcomes — Guide partners to maximise the value of Pax8 through tailored insights, best practices, and enablement. Lead Through Collaboration — Work cross‑functionally with Sales, Support, Operations, and Vendor teams to deliver seamless outcomes. Own Complex Challenges — Identify risk signals early and coordinate swift resolution of escalations and operational challenges. Support Major Initiatives — Play a key role in onboarding, migration, and strategic programmes for high‑value partners. Leverage Data & Insights — Use partner health metrics to prioritise actions, improve engagement, and inform business strategy. The Impact You’ll Make You’ll be at the forefront of improving partner experience in APAC — strengthening relationships, reducing churn, and enabling long‑term growth. Your work will directly influence how Pax8 serves its most important partners while helping establish a world‑class Partner Success capability in the region. What You’ll Bring Proven experience in Partner Success, Customer Success, Account Management or similar customer‑facing roles. Strong relationship‑building skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across multiple stakeholders. Demonstrated ability to solve complex problems and navigate ambiguity with confidence. Experience working within SaaS, cloud, channel or MSP ecosystems. Data‑driven mindset, able to translate insights into action and measurable outcomes. A proactive, partner‑first approach with strong communication and ownership.
