Café Supervisor

Whether our customers are Bungying, Zip Riding, or spectating with a flat white in hand, we want them to love every part of their experience. We’re on the hunt for a Café Supervisor with phenomenal taste, proven hospitality know-how, and barista skills that won’t leave a bitter aftertaste. To serve up what we’re after, you’ll bring: Coffee making skills that set the standard (flat whites included!) The ability to multitask and thrive under pressure during peak service A zest for hospitality and great customer service, with plenty of good chat Strong leadership and crew management experience to keep the cafe humming Skills in stock ordering, rotation and management Reliability and flexibility, with eligibility to work in NZ Barista experience (essential); LCQ, Duty Managers licence, and full NZ Drivers License (bonus, not essential) What’s in it for you: A full-time role with some flexibility in hours and days Leadership responsibility at one of NZ’s most iconic tourism sites A supportive, fun, and inclusive crew culture where you’ll feel valued The chance to Bungy as much as you like — seriously!
