Talent Acquisition Partner (Fixed Term) Your role, your journey | Te Huarahi Whakatipu We’re looking for a top‑notch recruiter to join us for 6 months, supporting hiring across a diverse mix of roles. One day you might be running a Customer Care campaign, the next sourcing a specialist role, and before you know it, you’ll be helping bring our next cohort of interns through the door. You’ll partner closely with leaders across the business, providing recruitment expertise, market insights and practical advice that helps support both internal mobility and external hiring. From building talent pools and proactively engaging candidates to delivering a standout candidate experience, you’ll play a key role in ensuring 2degrees remains an employer of choice. This is a role for someone who enjoys variety, can switch gears quickly and isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves. You’ll join a team that’s passionate about candidate and employee experience, loves improving how we hire, whilst also having a laugh along the way. How you’ll show up | Tū mai Tū Rangatira Solid recruitment experience across either in‑house, agency or RPO environments Experience delivering high‑volume recruitment campaigns while maintaining a great candidate experience Confidence proactively sourcing and engaging passive talent using LinkedIn Recruiter and other tools A consultative approach and the ability to build trusted relationships with leaders at all levels Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills Digital confidence, including experience with ATS platforms, recruiter tools and AI‑enabled ways of working Excellent organisation skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and deadlines What you’ll get | Ngā rauemi Manaakitanga Flexible working that helps you do your best work, wherever that happens Discounts on 2degrees products and services, including a phone plan worth bragging about Plenty of opportunities to learn, develop and grow your capability Applications will close C.O.B.
