Job Description
Office Manager – Early Childhood Education Auckland, Manurewa – Full‑time, on site, $28–$30 per hour. About the Role Manage centre administration and enrolment processes. Maintain child records and attendance information. Support Ministry of Education funding and compliance requirements. Manage invoicing, fee collection, and account reconciliation. Provide exceptional customer service to families and visitors. Support the Centre Manager and teaching team with operational administration. Coordinate centre communications and maintain accurate records. Manage and update the centre’s social media platforms and assist with marketing initiatives, promotions and community engagement. About You Experience in administration, reception or office management. Experience in the Early Childhood Education (ECE) sector. Experience using Discover student management software (preferred but not essential – training provided). Excellent communication and organisational skills. Strong computer and social media skills.
