We are looking for an enthusiastic and relationship-focused Safe Staffing Coordinator to join our team. This is a permanent position, 0.8 FTE. Role Overview In this dynamic role, you’ll partner with clinical leaders to support safe staffing initiatives, optimise workforce systems, analyse staffing data, and deliver training across services. You’ll play a key part in driving the success of our Care Capacity Demand Management programme, utilising Trendcare as our acuity tool, while supporting teams to make informed staffing decisions. Qualifications Background as a Registered Nurse. Preferably having worked in an area where CCDM has been implemented. Confidence working with digital systems. Natural ability to build relationships across our Directorates. Organised, collaborative, and passionate about improving healthcare delivery.
