Job Description

National Support Office - Auckland This is a 12-month fixed-term opportunity for a finance professional who enjoys working at the intersection of finance, systems, and business transformation. Joining Southern Cross Healthcare during a significant period of organisational change, you'll play a key role in supporting the transition of multiple entities, including the establishment of new legal structures and associated finance system changes. Working within a broader programme of work, you'll help ensure financial systems, processes and data are successfully configured, tested and transitioned to support future business requirements. We're looking for someone with strong ERP experience and a background in finance transformation, systems implementation, entity restructuring or data migration projects. Experience with TechnologyOne will be advantageous. You’ll be comfortable navigating complex finance environments, working across multiple stakeholders, and contributing to a programme that will have a lasting impact on the organisation. Expertise in TechnologyOne or similar enterprise financial management systems Experience driving system enhancements, automation initiatives, and workflow improvements Strong understanding of financial controls, data integrity, governance, and audit requirements Experience managing system interfaces, integrations, and financial data flows Experience supporting software upgrades, testing, implementation, and change management activities Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to work effectively across Finance, Technology, and operational teams Strong communication skills and the ability to build system capability through training, documentation, and user support Healthcare industry experience is preferred CAANZ or equivalent professional qualification is beneficial Competitive Rewards: Attractive remuneration package and an employee referral bonus scheme.
