Role Summary As a Customer Specialist at ASB Masterton Advice Centre, you will support customers with a broad range of banking queries and requests, educate and guide them through digital solutions, and provide excellent service across multiple channels while supporting day‑to‑day branch operations. Responsibilities Serve customers each day across multiple channels. Support the smooth day‑to‑day operations of the branch. Educate customers about ASB’s digital and self‑service banking solutions. Ask the right questions and tailor personalised solutions to meet customer needs. Job Types Full‑time role – 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday. Part‑time role – 16 hours per week, Monday and Tuesday. Qualifications We’re looking for people who can build strong relationships, learn quickly and respond with confidence, and are passionate about delivering memorable customer experiences. Confidence in learning products and asking the right questions is essential.
