About the Role As an Oral Health Therapist / Dental Therapist, you will provide safe, effective and culturally responsive oral health care to tamariki and tangata whaiora and their whānau. Working both independently and as part of a wider multidisciplinary team, youll deliver preventative, educative and treatment services that promote positive oral health outcomes. You will manage your own clinical caseload, prioritise care based on need, and contribute to quality improvement initiatives that support service development and reduce health inequities. About the Team/Service/Location Our Oral Health Service sits within the Specialist and Communities Group and delivers care across Te Matau a Māui Hawkes Bay. You will work in the community hubs and mobiles across Napier, Hastings, Central Hawkes Bay and Wairoa. Youll join a passionate, supportive team that values collaboration, cultural safety and continuous improvement. About you Youll be someone who is clinically confident, people focused and motivated by making a difference.
