Chrysalis Early Learning Centre Auckland Full time, Permanent Early learning / kōhanga reo, Centre manager English, Health and physical education, Learning languages, Mathematics and statistics, Science, Social sciences, Technology, Te reo Māori, The arts Chrysalis Group is seeking an experienced, passionate, and values-driven centre manager to lead one of our early childhood centres in Auckland. This leadership opportunity is ideal for someone who thrives on building strong teaching teams, fostering meaningful relationships with whānau, and driving high-quality education and care outcomes in line with Education Review Office (ERO) expectations and licensing requirements. Key responsibilities Lead, mentor, and support a team of passionate kaiako. Oversee the day-to-day operations and compliance of the centre. Drive quality improvement initiatives and maintain high standards of practice. Create a warm, inclusive, and well-organised learning environment. Build strong relationships with children, whānau, and the wider community. Work collaboratively with the Chrysalis Group leadership team to support centre growth and success. You will bring Current Full Practising Certificate in New Zealand. Recognised Early Childhood Education (ECE) qualification. Proven experience in ECE leadership or centre management. Demonstrated experience leading, mentoring, and managing teaching teams within an early childhood setting. Strong understanding of ECE regulations, compliance, and best practice.Experience supporting quality improvement and positive ERO outcomes. Excellent communication, organisational, and relationship-building skills. A calm, professional, and solutions-focused approach.
