Apply to become aTree Team Member - Growing, Planting and Maintaining Native trees BASED IN TE MIRO, CAMBRIDGE Fixed Term, Full time (4‑8 months, starting April) 9‑hour days (full time, Monday‑Friday) $25‑$30 per hour (depending on experience) We’re looking for a practical, reliable human to join our planting and dispatch team through our busy season. This is a full‑time, fixed‑term role, working both out in the field planting trees and at the nursery preparing and dispatching plants. Previous experience is helpful but not required. Responsibilities Plant trees in the field during the planting season. Prepare plants for dispatch and manage orders at our nursery. Maintain field and nursery cleanliness and order. Qualifications Reliable and practical, with a strong work ethic. Ability to perform physical work in the field and at the nursery. Experience working outdoors in challenging conditions (helpful but not mandatory). Commitment to quality – careful planting, accurate order preparation, and site tidiness. Good teamwork skills; prior experience working well in a team is desirable.
