Major Fill Operations Specialist

Responsibilities Manage and maintain process flow for an assigned workstream. Collaborate closely with your Team Leader and 'swarm' to ensure efficiency. Ensure uninterrupted process completion and strict adherence to established guidelines. Execute Operations & Stock Management: Ensure accurate and timely completion of routines, leading the "swarm" to correctly handle tasks, and overseeing all teams to fill shelves and manage deliveries according to standards. Team Leadership & Development: Lead on‑job training and coaching for team members, and champion a safe and healthy work environment. Maintain Store Standards: Ensure the evening team are filling to correct standards, prioritize shelf‑friendly packaging, and manage overstocks effectively. Resolve Issues Proactively: Timely escalate process‑related issues to the Function Lead for resolution. Contribute to Store Leadership: Step up as Acting Store Manager on scheduled shifts and actively participate in "Better Together" connections to foster team collaboration. Qualifications Process Excellence & Learning: Demonstrate a strong ability in process excellence and a commitment to continuous learning. Collaborative Partnerships: Build and maintain collaborative partnerships with other functions and stakeholders. Effective Team Leadership: Lead teams, delegate tasks, monitor progress, coach, provide feedback, and motivate members. Compliance Expertise & Communication: Expert in compliance within your function and exceptional communication skills to clearly articulate tasks and standards.
