About The Role Plumbing World has a fantastic opportunity available in our Hamilton branch, with a Trade Sales superstar role now open due to an internal promotion. Our Hamilton branch is fast‑paced, offering a role for an all‑rounder to join the team. You'll be part of the team keeping the branch humming. Day‑to‑day duties include working on our busy trade counter servicing customers, assisting with inventory, cycle counting, picking & packing customer orders, and helping out in other areas of the branch. You will never be bored. This is a permanent full‑time position, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday with rostered Saturdays. Specific start and finish times will be discussed during the interview stage. A Quick Glance At What We Need From You Really good attitude Contribute to a successful team & business Solution‑focused attitude Plumbing or trade experience preferred but not essential Willingness to learn Customer focused & total team player To Be Successful In This Role You Will Have Good customer sales & excellent customer service skills Administration and excellent attention to detail – a must Work well under pressure while displaying good sound logic Physically fit; heavy lifting up to 20 kg Good computer skills – essential Full, clean New Zealand driver's licence Valid forklift licence preferred but not essential Pride in personal appearance with great interpersonal skills Our Culture We're a team that shows up for each other and our customers.
