Clinical Services Manager

Role Overview Clinical Services Manager (Registered Nurse) – full‑time, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday. Located in Nelson, Tasman, at Stillwater Lifecare & Village – a 69‑bed care home and 43‑unit village. Application closes 15 Jul 2026. Responsibilities Provide effective leadership to clinical teams to deliver high‑quality care. Ensure residents receive the highest standard of care, promoting their well‑being. Build relationships with key stakeholders, including residents, families, and external partners. Qualifications & Experience Proven experience as a Registered Nurse with a current NZ practising certificate, ideally in aged care. Experience implementing best practice and knowledge of continuous improvement systems and processes. Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
