About the role We’re looking for a graduate to join our Digital and Insights team – a small, expert team at the heart of how our organisation works. You’ll help us use technology, data and insights to work smarter and deliver better outcomes. You’ll get exposure to: data analytics and visualisation automation and workflow design information management cybersecurity and IT infrastructure modern workplace tools (M365, Copilot, Microsoft Fabric, SharePoint and more) Because we’re a small team, you’ll also work closely with our external partners. What you’ll be doing From day one, you’ll be involved in meaningful work. This could include: working with teams to understand their needs and design digital solutions building automations and improving processes analysing data and presenting insights to support decision‑making supporting good information management practices creating training and guidance to help others use digital tools effectively No two weeks will look the same – and that’s exactly the point.
