Requirements Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Production Engineering. Experience in manufacturing, plant operations, or industrial engineering. Strong knowledge of production systems, equipment maintenance, and process optimization. Ability to troubleshoot and solve mechanical and operational issues.
