Out on the road patrolling client sites, responding to alarms, supporting fellow officers. Duties Conduct mobile patrols across assigned routes. Check client properties and ensure site security. Respond to alarm activations and incidents. Support other officers when required. Drive safely and responsibly between sites. Maintain accurate reports and communication. Deliver professional and respectful customer service. What you’ll need A ‘can do’ attitude and willingness to learn. Strong communication and people skills. Ability to think quickly and stay calm under pressure. Confidence in managing and resolving conflict. Good level of physical fitness. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Professional presentation. A clean, full NZ Driver’s Licence. Ability to pass a Ministry of Justice Criminal Convictions check. A current COA or the ability to obtain one. NZ residency or a valid NZ work visa. Why work with FIRST Security Pay rate starting at $27.00 per hour. Rotating roster across Monday to Sunday (day and night shifts). 12‑hour shifts providing consistent hours.
