Laura Fergusson Brain Injury Trust has an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic Speech‑Language Therapist to join our highly skilled interdisciplinary rehabilitation team. The Speech‑Language Therapist will be responsible for the assessment of clients of all ages in the community after a brain or complex injury and the development of rehabilitation interventions supporting their return to everyday lives. This may include clinic‑based or community‑based sessions. There is ongoing opportunity to increase and upskill your knowledge base with a wide variety of clients and education from our highly experienced team. This opportunity is based in Canterbury. Some travel within the wider Canterbury region will be necessary. Have experience with dysphagia assessment and management. Be comfortable working within an interdisciplinary team. Be confident in working in a fast paced, quick changing environment alongside other members of the team. Be a member with New Zealand Speech‑language Therapists' Association.
