We’re also passionate about our customers, products, and living our values of: Doing the right thing Being in it together Giving a damn Getting it done Assistant Branch Manager As the right-hand to the Branch Manager, you’ll play a key role in driving branch success — overseeing daily operations, supporting a diverse team, and helping deliver strong commercial results. You’ll help to lead a varied team including customer service representatives, drivers, warehouse assistants and the day-to-day internal operational activities in the branch. You’ll also be in control of Customer Service, warehouse and delivery functions. Your leadership will help create a safe, efficient, and customer-focused workplace. The role is full-time, Monday to Friday from 8am to 5pm with alternate Saturday mornings. What you’ll bring Customer service experience (automotive or trade industry experience is a big plus) Computer skills are a must (basic Excel skills are advantageous) A genuine interest in cars or parts Strong communication skills and a positive, can-do attitude Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and keep things accurate A team-first approach – everyone pitches in here!
